How to make Egg Noodles recipe with kodo Millet.

Ingredients are
2 eggs
1 Onion chopped
carrot chopped - small cup
Beans chopped - small cup
Cabbage - small cup
Capsicum - small cup
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1tsp
Pepper powder and salt - As required
Coriander Leaves a bunch chopped
METHOD :
Add bit of salt to the water
Oil 1 tspn
Once water boils, add noodles to it
cook the noodles, wash with cold water, and keep aside
Place a pan on the stove
ADD 2 tsp of oil
Onion
carrot and beans
cabbage and capsicum, Once vegetables are cooked
add eggs to it
mix well thoroughly
then add soya sauce 1/2 tsp
tomato sauce 1 tsp
pepper powder and salt
cooled noodles
taste maker, mix well, so that vegetable, egg , noodles are mixed nicely
Now kodo millet egg noodles is ready to serve
